There are a plethora of health issues these days, avoidance of this is vital rather than curing with a remedy or therapy. Government must disburse the finances toward it. I strongly agree with this statement and will elaborate on my views on this in the following essay.

To embark on, healing and restoring health conditions is always followed by the doctors since the beginning, but not all illnesses can be cured. There are a lot of viruses that cannot be cured instead they spread widely without knowing costing many lives. This has increased nowadays, and scientists or medical researchers found it difficult to stop. For example, there was a spread of the Ebola virus in the North-American region where doctors could not figure out the proper medication for it which costed many lives. It may be more difficult in future to prohibit these diseases.

In addition to it, there is a lack of required vaccine for immunity that can protect an individual from these diseases. However, it is expensive if in case it is available somewhere else where an average person could not afford it. Moreover, these vaccines are not effective to withstand a virus or a disease that can spread easily. Governments should focus on preventing individuals rather than affording too much on the remedies which could cure a person. This can be only done if excessive funds are released for this prevention. For instance, if the vaccines are provided for free or at a low cost, everyone can take them. Thus, one can be prevented by these illnesses. I strongly agree that this should happen rapidly to avoid major losses or sudden deaths because of these health issues.

In conclusion, It is agreeable that government should release a plethora of funds for vaccination to prevent one from these diseases or viruses rather than concentrating on therapies or medication. It is recommended that this should be followed in an organized way so that everyone would have access to it.

Some believe that people will purchase a product based on their needs and advertising is not needed.To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Marketing and advertising have always been an integral part of the sales process. While many argue that advertisement serves no real purpose as necessity motivates all purchases, others are of the opinion that advertising has an impact on sales. I agree with the latter view as advertisements offer many other benefits to the manufacturers.

To begin with, it is undeniable that advertising increases profits as it plays a major role in convincing people to buy the advertised product by giving the feeling that life with it can be happier and more comfortable. For example, studies have shown that even if a particular product is widely consumed, using adverts will spur more people to make the purchase, which of course ensure the success of the business. In addition to that, adverts are essential to illustrate the benefits of the product and explain how it functions.

On the other hand, advertising encourages loyalty among customers and increase their trust in the company. This would restrict any competition from other manufacturers who wish to produce similar products. For instance, the engaging and continuous advertising of Pepsi cola has made it the dominating soft drink brand even though several other companies are trying to make a name in this industry. Thus the role of advertising extends beyond providing entertainment. It builds brand value and recognition.

In conclusion, after analysing the previous points, it is clear that promoting products is vital as many positive merits are drawn from this practice. Therefore, it is recommended that all companies launch advertising campaigns that allow their products to reach the widest possible market.

Nowadays, some workplaces tend to employ equal numbers of men and women workers. Do you think it is positive or negative development?

Today, an equal number of men and employed by some of the multinational companies across the globe.In my opinion, I think it is advantageous progress particularly to provide employment opportunities to females and treating them as equal as men while it has negligible disadvantages.

To embark on, some people are of the opinion that the disadvantages of employing women as similar as men would lead to scarcity of jobs in the country.For Example, in some developing ,countries there is a huge shortage of job listings in these countries. This is mainly due to a vast number of females employees were recruited in recent years. In addition to that, the most eligible individuals might not get the opportunities to support their families,if women were given 50 % reservation. Hence, it is clear that women ought to be given opportunities but they should not be as equal as men.

On the other hand, people who are living in this modern era would consider treating women in the job market as similar as males can prevent gender discrimination in society. If there is an end to this kind of gender bias,then most women get respect from society. For Instance, Kalpana a female scientist who visited space as similar as male is respected by the whole country.Moreover, when there is a wide range of opportunities for females, then there would be a significant number of women who show interest to study as equal as men.Thus, It is obvious that there is a huge benefit for a woman when they are giving an equal preference to males.

In conclusion, Although, there are minor disadvantages ,in this case, its immense side would outways these minimal negative signs. Similarly, I believe providing opportunities and considering both genders are given a similar percentage of opportunities would show an immensely positive impact on society.
